Asset Rights Transit

Asset Rights Transit

Asset Rights Transit is an exclusive privilege for Owner. One clients

  • At the critical moment, your Repository will not only deliver the full picture of your assets to your family — it will also perform a legal transfer of rights to those assets in parallel.

  • Inside your Owner. One account, you can create and sign an International Will, legally valid in most countries.

  • This International Will ensures that legal ownership rights to your assets are passed on to your family.

  • Your asset data is stored and continuously updated in the Asset Data Inventory. It will be automatically transmitted to designated family members if something happens to you (Asset Data Transit). At the same time, your legal intent will be passed along — confirming their right to inherit (Asset Rights Transit).

Modern Classic

Heirs receive a familiar paper-based will that is legally enforceable in most countries.

The only difference lies in the preparation process — modern technology simplifies everything, reducing time and effort.

All you need is a computer, your account in the Repository, 30 minutes, and two people you trust to witness your will.

What happens?

On the “day X,” your family members will automatically, without human involvement, receive your International Will — ready for execution in any of the 169 countries worldwide.

When do you need an International Will?

Think about all your assets — accounts, companies, real estate, bonds, safe deposit boxes, shares, and more.

Where are they located, registered, and managed from? Are they directly held or through proxies?

If they span more than one country — you need an International Will.

When do you need an International Will?

When don’t you need one?

  • All your assets are in a single country

  • You have valid local wills in each jurisdiction and update them regularly

In these cases, a local will may be sufficient.

However, if:

  • Assets are spread across multiple countries

  • Family members live in different countries

  • Family members have multiple citizenships or residence permits

Then local wills become ineffective — and you need an International Will.

Why does it work?

A local will is only enforceable in the country it was made. In any other jurisdiction, you’ll need to go through court.

Why does it work?

And in court, what matters is not a foreign notary’s or lawyer’s certificate, but:

  • A clear and verifiable will

  • Proper signatures from the testator and witnesses

  • Video confirmation of the will’s execution

Why is the International Will more enforceable?

A local will is created with one country’s legal system in mind. Its execution abroad always requires court involvement — it cannot be used directly.

The International Will, however, is designed from the start to be recognized by courts in different jurisdictions. That’s why it is enforceable in most countries around the world.

It is signed in English for legal translation purposes, but users can create it in any of the 14 supported languages.

Legal Basis

The foundation of the International Will is the UN Convention on the Form of an International Will.

It is enforceable both in signatory states and in most others, due to its compliance with:

  • International private law (conflict-of-law rules)

  • National inheritance laws

Data Security

The will and all supporting documents are created and stored on your personal device and server.

The Repository (Owner. One) never has access to your files or any data belonging to your family — at any time.

See the Security section for more

What about age?

Most users who create an International Will are between
36 and 62 years old.

Those over 65 often rely on intestate succession (dying without a will) —which no longer works in the global world. In this case, heirs must go through courts
in multiple jurisdictions, which is a complex and uncertain process.

Irrelevant Analogy

Many capital owners make the mistake of assuming that local inheritance rules will apply to their international holdings.

This is known as an irrelevant analogy — a cognitive bias where people apply knowledge from one domain to another where it doesn’t work.
