Round A Notifications

Investment Round A may take place in early 2026. If you are interested in becoming an investor of the Repository, please notify us by email. We will send you an update if Round A opens. Please review the following restrictions.

Capital Needs & Growth Limitations

The company's current growth is constrained due to miscalculation of the infrastructure required for scaling from friends & family model to the broader market. Market demand was significantly underestimated. The company prioritizes families that are already using the Repository. As a temporary measure in 2024, a waitlist was introduced, with peak waiting period reaching 3.5 months. All pending requests were fulfilled by March 2025. While efforts are being made to remove restrictions for new clients, the company cannot guarantee this at present.A decision regarding new client limitations or conducting Round A for infrastructure expansion will be made in Q4 2025.

Capital Acquisition Restrictions

The company will continue to decline investment offers from banks, brokers, and other financial market participants whose involvement may now or in the future lead to a conflict of interest for Repository users.

Capital Attraction Preferences

Preference is given to families who are already using the system. Earlier notifications of interest receive higher priority.

Encryption & Blockchain Protection

Encryption methods for uploaded and viewed data are detailed in Cryptography & Encryption Parameters. Escrow-based data transit between users operates on blockchain. To date, no recorded breaches of blockchain security exist. The infrastructure, architecture, and security mechanisms comply with ISO 14721. The Repository is a closed system, independent of external entities such as banks and brokers. Active capital operations are not possible, and there are no risks of capital loss.

Cryptography & Encryption Parameters

Owner. One Repository employs a comprehensive encryption approach that combines asymmetric and symmetric encryption methods for maximum data protection. At the core of both data and key encryption is the ECIES algorithm based on the SECP256K1 elliptic curve. Key generation is handled by the TrustWalletCore library, ensuring platform compatibility.A mnemonic phrase, generated according to the BIP39 standard, serves as the root for generating both the private and public keys. These keys never leave the user’s device. The private key is stored locally only, and is additionally protected with a PIN code via AES-256 encryption. All user data and uploaded files are encrypted directly on the user’s device and stored on client-owned servers (e.g., AWS S3) in encrypted form.Data transfer between users within the same account (e.g., family members or other authorized individuals) is carried out by encrypting a symmetric key using the recipient’s public key, which eliminates the possibility of third-party access. Even in the event of a compromised user device or a breach at the client’s chosen server provider, this approach ensures the highest level of security.

KYC Procedures

The company acknowledges that some clients or their family members may prefer to remain anonymous within the Repository. This is permitted under company policies. The Repository is not a regulated entity and is not required to conduct KYC or AML checks under the laws of any jurisdiction in which it operates. However, the product’s mechanics and functionality are designed for clients with lawfully acquired assets and capital. While the company adheres to this principle, it cannot guarantee that every client will use the product strictly as intended.

Independence Disclaimer

In 2025, the company’s only sources of revenue are user payments, previously provided investment capital, and investor funding. The company has no income from and does not plan to engage in marketing or advertising contracts.
